Family car insurance cheaper?

Health  insurance  coverage or car insurance- collision?
Just how much is no insurance citation and my no enrollment likely to charge?
Are motor  insurance  firms managed?
I presented the agent anything on my Geico coverage and so they estimated me using a 500 buck six month premium which is less than what I purchase with Geico (nearly 1000 dollars!!) Sounds to good to be true. Is it? Has anybody had a negative encounter together? Superior experience? Please share.
